Vasco Eco Adventure was created to improve our interaction with the beautiful Burren National Park whilst protecting the local environment. Vasco Eco Adventure is the start and end point for numerous trails that traverse the National Park. You can either choose to explore by yourself or take a guide who will explain the history of the area, identify ancient villages and cave systems hidden in the mountains and the many rare plants that grow in the region. Maps are available from Vasco Eco Adventure and advice on weather and necessary equipment should be sought before beginning any hike. Experienced local guides can be booked with us in advance and are highly recommended for their in-depth knowledge of the region.
